30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund.
How to start a return
- Email irenearenas2302@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply within 24 hours with a return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back to us.
- Once we receive it, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please contact us before sending anything back — returns sent without instructions may not be processed.
Condition of returned items
Items should be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of devices that show heavy use — but if the product is faulty, this does not apply.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, we will replace it at no cost to you. You do not need to return the faulty item first. Just email us a photo.
Return shipping costs
- Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we cover return shipping.
- Changed your mind: return shipping is paid by you.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund in full, before the order leaves the warehouse.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks post the refund within 5–7 business days, though some take up to 10.
