Shipping Policy

We ship from within the United States. Your order is picked, packed and dispatched from our US fulfillment partner — not from overseas.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and US holidays, are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

• Standard (Free): 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There are no handling fees and no surprise charges at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. If tracking has not updated after 3 business days, contact us and we will chase it for you.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. You will not be asked to fight the carrier yourself.
