Shipping Policy
All orders ship from within the United States.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and US public holidays, are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
- Standard shipping (free): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time, and we do not ship internationally.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders. There are no handling fees or additional charges at checkout.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If tracking has not updated for 3 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 12 hours and we will correct it before dispatch. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
